Digital Effects & Changes
Digital effects are specifically requested changes to a photograph that do not constitute restoration.
Some changes are considered a single digital effect while others requiring
additional work are deemed to be two digital effects. For example removing a
simple object from a photograph is just one digital effect, however, adding
or replacing a person to a photograph constitutes two digital effects.
